The result is the Gathering of Kings Luau, set in the incomparable Fairmont Orchard. Every Saturday, you are invited to gather for an evening that begins under the stars dining on culinary treasures from Hawai’i, Tahiti, New Zealand and Samoa. The sumptuous food is only the beginning, however, as the dancers of Island Breeze retell the story of the settlement of the Pacific. Displayed in its fullness is the mana (power) of the ali’i (chiefs) and how each would be forever linked to the one star that guided them… it’s an evening you will never forget.
