Your exciting adventure begins from the heart of the North Shore where a Bluewater SnorkelQuest crew member will greet and check you in at Tahiti Nui in Hanalei Town. After a short taxi ride to the famous Hanalei Bay, you will be shuttled via catamaran from the river’s edge amidst the tranquil beauty, to a 42’ vessel anchored offshore! Departing from Hanalei Bay also means that the time it takes to get to the Napali coast is considerably less than departures from Port Allen(Kauai’s West side), thus making more time for snorkeling and enjoying the beauty and history of the Napali Coast! While taking in the picturesque sites, your friendly crew members will share the wonderful history and legends of Kauai, its people, and the Napali Coast!
Kauai’s magnificent Napali Coast is steeped in history and legend and you’ll be in awe of the 4000 foot cliffs and 17 mile stretch of pristine coastline lined with lush green valleys! Their own unique stories and legends are carved out of the majestic cliffside. You will also capture some of the most beautiful waterfalls as well as mysterious sea caves which are not accessible by car! A delicious deli style lunch with drinks will be provided for you while relaxing in style!
On the day of your tour, the actual snorkeling destination will be assessed and selected based on passenger count, weather conditions and visibility. Locations may include Tunnels, Awa’awapuhi, Nualolo Kai, Makuaiki, Miloli’I, and/or Mokole. Guests are welcome to bring a backpack of personal items that should include a towel, light jacket, and any medical items. It is recommended that a seasickness preventative be taken.
