Restrictions
| The Kauai Stand Up Paddle Board Tour includes short hikes, swimming, and Hawaii stand up paddling. You will need to be able to walk about 2 miles over irregular terrain, & SUP 60-90 minutes. Please note that occasionally tour guides will need to change locations or sequence of Kauai activities.

Special Notes
| We recommend you bring a swimsuit, shorts, t shirt, light rain coat, and footwear with aggressive tread for muddy conditions. Sport type sandals with heel straps or aqua socks with tread work great. Please bring sunscreen, a hat, bug spray and a waterproof camera. You can buy these items at our Poipu shop. You can also rent sport sandals (as available) there. |

Where And When
| Guests staying in the Poipu area or Westside resorts check in at Outfitters Kauai in Poipu at 8:30am and return at 1:30pm.
Guests from the Eastside or Northshore resorts check in at The Kayak Shack at Nawiliwili Small Boat Harbor at 9:15am and return at 1:00pm.
