Mahalo Bob’s Hawaiian Fishing Adventures, specializing in guided fly fishing and light tackle for Bonefish, offers this Oahu Bone Fishing and Fly Fishing adventure. We promote conservation through Catch and Release, Limited take and education, and member of the O’io (bonefish) and Ulua (GT,Trevelly) tagging projects.

A little known fact is that Hawaii has alot of Flats where you can site fish for bonefish and other species including the Blue fin Trevelly, GT, Lady fish, Moana, Weke, and Barracuda. The average bonefish in Hawaii is 5 to 9 lbs. and on most days you may have chance at a 10lb or larger bonefish. We will not over exagerate our fishery, it is tide dependant on the times we depart.

Hawaii has some of the largest bonefish in the world and they are designed for speed. A 10 pound bonefish can ripoff 200 yards of gel-spun in 10 seconds or so and have straightened many hooks. The Hawaiian bonefish will challenge every aspect of your fishing abilities and Mahalo bob will be there to guide and enjoy it with you.

On your guided bone fishing trip you will be taken by boat to offshore flats not accessible by land where you will disembark and wade in the warm waters of Oahu.
