The Hawaii Comedy Theater presents two shows, Comedy Polynesia & Sharkey's Comedy Club. It's the only Waikiki evening show that is produced specifically for English-speaking visitors.

Native Hawaiian Bo Namolokama Irvine, known as The Hawaiian King of Comedy, has been entertaining visitors, locals and military audiences for 25 years. Using stand-up comedy as his vehicle, Bo gives visitors a unique (and hysterical) look at Hawaii both from a visitor’s perspective while in the islands, as well as what a Hawaiian experiences when visiting the U.S. Mainland. Bo was the winner of NBC’s Last Comic Standing’s 2008 Hawaii Showcase and has appeared on HBO, Showtime and A&E.
