Requirements:: Please wear loose comfortable clothing and flat shoes (no flip flops or open-toe shoes).

Minimum age of 10. Age 10-16 must be accompanied by an adult, and the adult must sign an insurance waiver.

Weight limit 85-260 lbs.
Restrictions:: Anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to ride. Unfortunately, pregnant women will not be permitted to participate. ** Must be able to step on and off the Segway without assistance.

Please note in accordance with Segway Maui cancellation policy, ANY CANCELLATION PRIOR TO 48 HOURS of tour date results in a $10.00 fee per person on top of the 9.9% refund fee for cancellation that is required by Hawaii Discount. ANY CANCELLATION INSIDE OF 48 HOURS is 100% non-refundable.

Riders may be responsible for all damage to equipment if such damage is determined to be the result of reckless and irresponsible operation by the guest.
