Embark on a fun 2-hour dinner cruise aboard the Ali'i Kai, the world’s largest Polynesian catamaran. You’ll be welcomed with a refreshing drink and then head out into the sunset, towards Diamond Head, and enjoy fantastic views of the Waikiki coastline.
In addition to great views, you’ll enjoy a delicious buffet dinner with a variety of foods. Following dinner, you’ll be treated to an exciting musical tour of the South Pacific, with singers, drummers and dancers performing traditional island music from Samoa, Fiji and Hawaii. The Ali'i Kai usually docks at the end of the cruise with many passengers still dancing.

Cold Buffet: Island Greens Salad Bowl (vegetarian) with Papaya Seed, Ranch, Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette & Olive Oil Vinegar dressing choices. Large Platter of Vegetable Crudités (vegetarian, gluten free). Kim Chee (vegetarian, gluten free), Macaroni Potato Salad (vegetarian), Vegetable Health Slaw (vegetarian), Edamame Soy Beans (vegetarian), Hawaiian Potato Rolls & Butter.
Hot Buffet: Steamed Rice (vegetarian, gluten free), Mashed Potatoes with Roasted Garlic (vegetarian), Steamed Fresh Vegetable Potpourri (vegetarian, gluten free), Hoisin Ginger Chicken, Hawaiian Kalua Pork with Bok Choy (gluten free) & Wild Alaskan Salmon with Lomi Lomi Salmon Garnish, Carved Herb & Garlic Crusted Roast Beef with Bordelaise Sauce (gluten free)
Dessert Buffet: Chef's Selections of Fruits & Desserts of the Islands

Note that ROBERTS HAWAII does not operate the fireworks show and reserves the right to adjust return time based on the fireworks schedule.
