1. Koke’e State Park

This wild and rugged state park is Kauai’s natural gem.

3. Kamokila Hawaiian Village

For a piece of history and something a little bit different, you can spend a day at Kamokila Hawaiian Village.

The site has been created to teach visitors about life on the islands of Hawaii before Western influence. Here you will find accurately replicated homes and community buildings right on the Wailua River.

Visitors can not only explore the village but can also experience some demonstrations and activities in order to learn more about traditional Hawaiian life. It’s fun and educational.

4. ATV Tour

Get involved with Kauai’s adrenaline culture by taking an ATV tour with Kipu Ranch Adventures.

This guided tour is led by expert guides and is a great way to see the wildlife in the ranch and have a lot of fun. Drivers of ATVs must be over 18 years old, however, and the minimum age for this activity is seven years old.
