Maui Airbnb options are too numerous to mention, so we’ve selected the top choices for you to check out on your next Maui vacation.
This island is famous for its spectacular beaches. And while many of the larger resorts have dominated a lot of the beautiful beaches on the island, there are still plenty left to enjoy without dodging other guests. With Airbnb, many homeowners have opened up their private, luxury spots on the island to visitors and their friends.
Whatever your budget may be, there are a number of incredible options in Maui to choose from.
Ranging from luxury villas for large groups to houses for smaller parties, every rental offers you a private space, access to the beach, and all of the home comforts you could need:
Budget ($200 a night): Oceanfront Views
With this option, you can enjoy a large house all to yourself with room enough for three guests just a stone’s throw away from Maluaka Beach.
Located in the locals town of Makena, a stay in this Hawaiian home will really offer a true homestay experience. The area surrounding the house is very peaceful and full of fruit trees and flowers.
All of the popular attractions in the area are walking or biking distance, including Little Beach, Keawalai Church, The Landing, and the old town of Makena.
Mid-range ($600 a night): Ocean Bliss
This luxury condo is enormous. It’s large enough for eight guests and is like staying in a mini hotel…but without all of the other guests.
When you stay at this extravagant option, you can enjoy your own personal fitness center, swim grotto and tropical pool, as well as ocean views and a large lanai for outdoor entertaining.
The three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo also has a view onto the golf course and is located in the Kihei/Wailea district of Maui.
Mid-range ($800): Meadows Guesthouse
Add an extra $200 to your nightly budget and you can get a whole luxury home for your money.
The Maui Meadows Guesthouse is located in the attractive Kihei region of Maui and offers four bedrooms and four bathrooms for a maximum of 10 guests. Walking distance from excellent beaches, golf and restaurants and bars, the property is a great place to enjoy an extended stay on the island.
The gardens also have 75 species of tropical flowers, trees and plants and offer fresh fruit during the fruit season to guests.
High End ($2,500 a night): Oceanfront Estate
Villa Moana is large enough to accommodate 16 guests across its three units.
Perfect for a large group or wedding party, the villas are all completely modernised and up-to-date with eight bedrooms, and six bathrooms on offer. The luxury estate is completely private and sits close to the peaceful ocean, but is also walking distance from downtown Kihei.
The owner is a gourmet chef who always leaves the kitchens fully stocked for entertaining. The estate is within short driving distance from the Maui Ocean Center and the Makena Golf Course.
High-End ($3,400 a night): Luxury Villa
Splashing distance from the ocean, the Wailea Inn is an enormous luxury villa just inches from the beach.
The villa is so large that it can accommodate 32 guests in its four separate units. Perfect for a large wedding party who prefer to stay within close proximity to each other, the gated villa features a heated pool, jacuzzi, tropical landscaping and a yoga studio.
Staying here, you can spend your evenings on the dining deck, complete with BBQ, overlooking the Hawaiian ocean. This will be a holiday or wedding to remember.
