How will I get my tickets?
We will email a voucher to you that you can print and take with you to the event. This will be done after we confirm your reservation with the activity provider and secure your seats. We can also fax the vouchers to you or to the hotel where you are staying. Be sure to bring your voucher and ID with you to the event.
You will receive at Order Confirmation as soon as your order is processed. It will be immediately sent to you by email. You will receive a 2nd email with a voucher number or a confirmation number and any additional information such as pickup time or check in time and location and the activity’s direct phone number. The Hawaiidiscount.com phone number will also be included in the email. The date and number of people will be confirmed in this email.
We'll issue your tickets and send them to you via email. You can print the tickets on your home computer and bring them with you to Hawaii. Just present them at check-in and you're all set! If you're already here in the islands or you don't have access to a printer, we have a variety of other convenient options that are mentioned below. No vouchers or confirmation printouts are needed for Lei Greetings.
What if I plan to attend the activity today or tomorrow?
Normally we will have processed your order in 48 hours or sooner. However, if your activity is within that time frame we can process your order much quicker to get the voucher to you.
What if I place an order through Hawaiidiscount.com but the activity was already booked full?
We can either reschedule you to a different date / time or issue a full refund.
How soon should I book?
There is limited space on all activities so it is best to book well in advance to ensure availability. We get calls every day for people asking to book activities that have no availability left. Two months in advance is not too early to reserve the popular activities or any activity that you don’t want to miss. We have a policy in place to encourage you to book as soon as possible and secure your reservations. As long as you give us at least 48 hours notice before the start of the event, we can make every effort to reschedule to a more convenient time for you.
What if I lose my voucher?
We can send you out a new voucher (via email or fax) or, if you have no way of receiving a voucher, we can also fax it to the activity provider and the voucher will be waiting for you. Please be sure to bring ID with you to the event.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
There is a 7.1 % sales on all activities across the board.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is a 10% service charge on all cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled activity by email. There are no refunds for cancellations or changes made less than 72 hours before the scheduled activity. There are no refunds for customers who fail to redeem vouchers or do not show up for the scheduled activity. A full refund will be given if the activity is cancelled by the vendor. The customer must claim their refund within 30 days.
For Hawaii Forest and Trail Activities , groups of 6 or more who cancel within 72 hours of the activity departure time forfeit 100%. More than 10 Passengers with Hawaii Forest and Trail who cancel within 14 days forfeit 50%. These charges are the policy of Hawaii Forest and Trail.
All Princeville Ranch Adventures and Activities are non refundable at 72 hours prior to tour time and date. All Kauai Backcountry activities enforce a 72 hr Cancel policy also. Any parties of 6 or more have a 72 hour cancel policy.
If a charge is disputed and unjustified there is a $35.00 additional charge to the original amount regardless of the amount that was disputed.
Is there a Timeshare or catch?
None at all. No hassles, no gimmicks, no time-share presentations.
