    Directions to Kawaihae Harbor-South:
    From Hwy 19 bear left onto Hwy 270 (Akoni Pule Hwy). Head north briefly on Route 270, look toward the left for a green gate enclosing a port complex. Take the very first left into the green gate, following the sign for gate 1. Take an immediate left at the sign for gate 13. Follow the paved road over several speed bumps until the road ends at a gravel parking lot overlooking a dock. Makai will be the first boat on your left when you walk down the ramp. Look for a grey-and-black raft-style vessel.

    There are no specific restrictions for this activity.

    Please keep in mind this is on a smaller powerboat and may not be suited for those who get very motion sick or with injuries that would be aggravated by the boat's movement with the waves.
