Air Ventures Hawaii - Discover Kauai Air Tour


Enjoy a spectacular airplane tour of the entire island of Kauai! This is Air Ventures' most popular tour and for good reason. You'll get to see all of the Garden Island's most beautiful sights, beginning in the south with the ancient Menehune fishpond. Then soar over the scenic eucalyptus Tunnel of Trees, the Waita Reservoir (largest reservoir on the the island) and Captain Cook's landing in old Waimea town.

Continuing on, you'll fly over Waimea Canyon (known as the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific"), the majestic Na Pali Coast, Lumahai Beach (where the movie South Pacific was filmed) and Hanalei Valley with its multiple waterfalls. Towards the east is Kilauea Lighthouse, a large frigate bird sanctuary. The tour then continues down the east side with more waterfalls on the way back to Lihue Airport.

    There is a per passenger 275 lbs (124 kg) weight limit for regular seats.
    Additional Seat - Premium Plus: All passengers weighing over 275 lbs (124 kg) are required to purchase an adjacent, additional seat to safely balance out the aircraft.
    Any child under 24 months of age is welcome as a lap child at no charge. Children 24 months and over require an individual full-fare seat.
    Passengers need to bring a government issued photo ID. International passengers will need their passport.
