Roberts Hawaii - Stars and Stripes Tour

Visit Pearl Harbor during your visit to Oahu. Take a journey through history and explore the legacy of Pearl Harbor and it's impact on the world.

Visit the Pearl Harbor Visitor's Center and the exhibits of personal memorabilia, historic photographs, battle artifacts, and real film footage of the attack on December 7th, 1941.

Travel by boat to the USS Arizona Memorial floating over the remains of the sunken battleship and the final resting place for many of its crewmen.

Also visit the Battleship Missouri and learn about the ship's history. Stand where General MacArthur accepted the surrender of Japan!

Once the tour leaves Pearl Harbor, take a narrated drive to the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific Punchbowl. Also drive through historic Honolulu and see the Hawaii State Capital, Honolulu City Hall, Iolani Palace, Kawaiahao Church, and the King Kamehameha Statue.

Tour Highlights:

  • Pearl Harbor & USS Arizona Memorial: Includes a movie of the Japanese attack on December 7th, World War II museums, an audio tour of the visitor center, exhibit galleries and displays, as well as a shuttle boat ride to the USS Arizona Memorial
  • USS Missouri Battleship: Take part in a guided tour and walk in the footsteps of General MacArthur and experience the battleship’s most famous historic mission. Lunch on own at Sliders Grill.
  • National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl Lined with a variety of memorials honoring America’s veterans
  • Hawaii State Capitol Grounds include the Eternal Flame, Korean & Vietnam War Memorials, Liberty Bell and more
  • Iolani Palace, the official residence of Hawaii’s last reigning monarch and the only royal palace in the United States
  • King Kamehameha Statue, one of Hawaii's prominent chiefs who united the Hawaiian Islands
  • Honolulu City Hall, known as Honolulu Hale (building) is on the National Register of Historic Places and is the site of the chambers of the Mayor of the City & County of Honolulu and the Honolulu City Council
  • Kawaiahao Church, known as the Westminster Abbey of the Pacific

Special Instructions
Where and When:
Pick-up from several central Waikiki locations (see schedule below) is between 8:00 am and 8:50 am.
Tour returns to Waikiki at approximately 4:00 pm.

Restrictions:
No personal items can remain on the tour bus as the vehicle will pick up other guests.
Due to security requirements at the USS Arizona Memorial, bags and purses are not allowed. The official bag policy can be found on the National Park Service website:

Cameras are permitted. No camera bags allowed.
Strollers are not allowed in the movie theatre, on the Navy shuttle boat to the USS Arizona Memorial, or on the USS Arizona Memorial.
All admissions to activities on the tour are included.
The Pearl Harbor Audio Tour and USS Missouri Guided Tour are included.
The Pearl Harbor Audio Tour includes audio in Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, German, French and Spanish.
Guests should wear comfortable walking shoes.
Guests may want to bring a light jacket in case there is rain at Pearl Harbor.
Routes and time may be modified or restricted due to outer circumstances.

Effective Saturday, May 21, 2022, Pearl Harbor National Memorial has instituted a mandatory mask requirement for all indoor type spaces, including restrooms, gift shops, the USS Arizona Memorial, museum and theater. This policy is enforced while COVID transmission level is high.
Special Notes:
Infant pricing does not buy a seat. The child must sit on your lap at all times while en route. If you require a seat, please purchase a child ticket.
Due to limited availability, we require that ADA vehicle reservations be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to date and time of service. Roberts will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate the needs of the disabled traveler.
For electric wheelchairs or scooters: The combined weight of the wheelchair and guest cannot exceed 500 lbs and the maximum width of the wheelchair cannot exceed 29 inches.
