Have you mapped out what your vacation itinerary is going to look like? This is a big part of your trip, especially traveling with a group. We don't recommend planning every single minute of your trip, but planning which days you are doing your tours and activities will set up the rest of your trip for easy planning.
Not all Hawaii group vacations are the same, and each should include the thing that you want to do. We want to show you what a vacation itinerary might look like, giving your group plenty to do and still leaving time for everyone to explore on their own and do their own thing.
7-Day Hawaii Vacation Plan
Day 1 – Aloha Hawaii!
This is the day that is met with the most anticipation, and is also
the longest day of your trip. The day will likely only consist of
arriving, checking into the hotel, grabbing something to eat, and
heading for the beach.
Day 2 – Adjusting to Hawaii
No matter where you are coming from, the time difference will throw
you off. Take this day to get adjusted to the time change, relax and
enjoy the island. Many choose this day to sleep in as much as they can,
enjoy a nice breakfast, and explore the hotel and probably head to
the beach.
Day 3 – Enjoying Hawaii
Now that you’ve been here for a day, get out and enjoy the island!
This is the perfect day to head out for a sightseeing tour, such as a
Circle Island Tour, to see all the best sites and get acquainted with
the island. Booking a Private Group Tour keeps your group together and gives you an idea of what to do later in your trip.
Day 4 – Explore Hawaii
At roughly the halfway point in your trip, you are ready to get out
and really explore the island. Some choose to take a guided hiking
tour, take the group snorkeling, or do something really fun and
adventurous. It is entirely up to you!
Day 5 – Relaxing in Hawaii
As your trip winds down, you need to take some time to slow down a
bit. The last couple days have been busy with activities, so take this
day to head to one of your favorite spots from your Circle Island
Tour, lay by your hotel’s pool, or hit the beach that you hit earlier
in the week. Take this day to just enjoy it. You may also want to
consider this day for your authentic Hawaiian luau!
Day 6 – Last Day in Hawaii
Sadly, your trip is nearly complete, but there is still fun to have.
There are a couple of options for this day: you can either take this
day for the biggest activity you have planned and put an exclamation
point on your trip with a grand finale, or you can just take it easy
and enjoy the day. Is there a restaurant you’ve had your eye on?
Perhaps more time at the beach? Take this day to do what you really
want to do so your trip ends with what you’ve been looking forward to
the most. This might also be a great day for your luau, just
depending on how early you have to wake up the next day.
Day 7 – Aloha Hawaii…
All good things must come to an end, and this is the day that you
wave goodbye to Hawaii. If you have a late departure, you have time to
enjoy the beach a little more, or head back to that amazing place
that you at once more. Have your bags ready the day before to save
time on this day, and say Aloha to Hawaii on your terms
