Sea Paradise - Sunset Manta Ray Snorkel Tour

Enjoy a beautiful Hawaiian sunset aboard the Hoku Nui, a brand new 50-foot luxury sailing catamaran, as you sail out to Manta Village, an area where manta rays like to hang out. This manta ray snorkel tour departs from Keauhou Bay harbor near the Outrigger Kona Resort. Once we reach Manta Village located just offshore, it’s time to get into the water.

The friendly staff on board will assist you onto the "manta flotation device," which stays on the surface the entire time. All you need to do is hold onto the float and look down through your mask. Watch the manta rays feed on the microscopic plankton that rises from the bottom of the ocean at night and is attracted to the light source attached to the float.

This manta ray snorkel will surely be one of the highlights of your vacation and maybe even one of the most memorable things you do in your lifetime. As your incredible snorkel experience comes to an end, the staff will guide you back on board for some light snacks or a warm cup of hot cocoa. Snorkel time is approximately 45 minutes.

Tour Highlights:

  • Sail out to Manta Village
  • From a float, watch manta rays as they feed on the illuminated microscopic plankton below you

Tour Inclusions:

  • All snorkel gear and wetsuit provided
  • Snacks, juice, water, soft drinks and hot cocoa
