The criteria for surfing are no experience needed. You must be able to swim. We love beginners that want to surf. Our group surfing lessons are limited to a maximum of 4 people. Semi-Private Surfing Lesson requires no experience. You need to be able to swim. Semi-private lessons are available for beginners interested in personalized instruction for only them and a friend, and strongly recommended for children 12 years old and younger and/or weighing 75 pounds or less. These classes are kept to a two students to one instructor ratio. The each class is 2 hours long.
