Cancellation Policy


  • If we can't confirm your booking: You will receive a full refund.
  • Cancel a confirmed booking for a full refund as long as you cancel in time:
    • 48+ hours before your activity (most tours)
    • 72+ hours for select activities and/or groups of 6+
    • 7+ days for groups of 8+
    • 14+ days for groups of 20+


    Some activities have special cancellation terms – those will be clearly listed on the activity page and/or your voucher and will override the general rules above.

  • Late cancellations: Cancellations made inside the required cancellation window are non-refundable.
  • Changes (date/time): You may change your date or time at no charge if:
    • the activity has availability, and
    • the request is made outside the applicable change/cancellation deadline.


    Requests made inside the deadline are subject to the vendor's policy and approval.

  • Activity requirements: By booking, you agree to all age, weight, and other participation requirements listed for the activity.
  • Voucher review: Please review your voucher promptly. It is your responsibility to contact Hawaii Discount if anything is incorrect or if you need changes.
  • Vendor cancellations / disruptions: Activities may be changed or canceled due to weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen reasons. If the vendor cancels, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. We may contact you by phone/text or email regarding updates.
  • How to request changes: Please call us at 1-866-482-9775. We will do our best to help, but changes inside the cancellation window depend on the vendor.
  • Gift certificates: Gift certificates and unused gift certificate balances are non-refundable.
  • Car rentals: You agree you have reviewed all fees/surcharges collected at the rental agency and that you are responsible for those charges and any changes made at the counter.
  • Airfare: Reservations that include airline tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable due to airline restrictions.
