Double the adventure on the rebuilt Kohala Zip & Dip, combining an
exciting canopy zipline course with a refreshing swim at a private
waterfall. Begin your day soaring through the forest on 5 ziplines,
crossing 2 elevated sky bridges and making your way by zipline and
bridge toward a waterfall. The course also features Hawaii's only spiral
tree-based staircase and is the only canopy zipline tour on Hawaii
Island.
Set within a private nature reserve in North Kohala, the aerial course
travels through a lush forest of towering trees, mountain streams and
tropical vegetation. Two certified guides accompany the group, providing
safety instruction and assistance while sharing information about the
area's natural environment, cultural history and historic land use.
After completing the canopy adventure, continue into the reserve to
explore private mountain streams and waterfalls. Cool off with a swim in
a secluded waterfall pool surrounded by peaceful forest scenery.
The tour also includes lunch at a private picnic area overlooking lush
green valleys and dramatic sea cliffs that rise approximately 1,000 feet
above the ocean. With ziplining, waterfall swimming, scenic views and
