Enjoy a relaxing sunset dinner cruise departing from Ma'alaea Harbor. You'll cruise along the scenic Maui shoreline with gorgeous views of the mountains and the neighbor islands of Lanai and Kahoolawe during the golden hours of sunset.

Savor an exquisite four-course dinner prepared fresh on board by our professional chef using Hawaii's freshest, locally grown salad greens, vegetables, fruits and herbs, as well as sustainable shrimp. Island-style music adds to the ambiance of this sunset dinner cruise. Two adult premium beverages (age 21+ with ID) are included.

Sunset Dinner & Whale Watch: From November 16 through April 15, this cruise becomes the Sunset Dinner Cruise & Whale Watch during Maui's winter whale season. During this seasonal version, the cruise is extended to 3 hours, giving you more time on the water and the chance to look for humpback whales while enjoying the sunset and dinner. Outside of whale season, the cruise operates year-round as the regular Sunset Dinner Cruise with a duration of approximately 2 to 2.5 hours.

Appetizer:

  • Warm King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls with Kula Honey Butter and Black Lava Salt

Salad:

  • Local Watermelon and Tomato Salad: Thick Cut Watermelon with Tomato and Basil Bruschetta, Local Herb Pesto, Feta Cheese and Balsamic Reduction

Entrées:

Select one of the following below. All entrées are grilled fresh on board by a professional chef.

  • Yellow Curry Marinated Sustainably Farmed Shrimp with Fresh Mango Sauce
  • Teriyaki Marinated Boneless Chicken Breast barbecued and served with Big Island Papaya Salsa
  • Truffle-Scented Braised Beef Short Rib with Mushroom Demi-Glaze
  • Grilled Portobello Mushroom Marinated in Chimichurri, over Molokai Purple Sweet Potato Mash, served with Macadamia Nut crusted Goat Cheese Medallion, Smoked Tomato Coulis and Reduced Balsamic (vegetarian)

All entrées are served with:

  • Coconut Whipped Molokai Purple Sweet Potatoes and Grilled Vegetables with a Latin-style Pesto

Dessert:

  • Triple Chocolate Brownies with Fresh Kula Strawberries

Check-in is at 2:45 pm and cruise runs from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm (extended cruise duration during whale watch season)

Parking is paid throughout the harbor. Please review signage upon arrival.
Restrictions
There are no specific restrictions for this activity.
Wheelchairs: This vessel is NOT wheelchair accessible. If guests are able to walk aboard the vessel (with or without assistance from someone in their group) and take a seat on the first deck they may attend. However, the restrooms and upper deck also not wheelchair accessible and may be difficult for the guest to reach. There is no storage for wheelchairs.

This sunset dinner cruise is operated on the Ocean Guardian, a 65-foot, double-deck catamaran with a spacious cabin and large wildlife viewing area on the back of the top deck. It features a galley bar, tables and comfortable seats and his/hers bathrooms.
