This seasonal tour operates from mid-April through mid-December.

Not exactly a morning person? Then this snorkel tour is for you! With an afternoon departure time, you can take the morning to relax, then hop on the boat and do some of Maui’s best snorkeling. Catch the beautiful afternoon sun at sea while cruising along the Ka'anapali coastline.


After departure, Sea Maui will take you to one of the most well-known snorkeling spots in West Maui (exact snorkel site depends on that day's weather and ocean conditions). Keep an eye out for the local Hawaiian green sea turtle, as well as colorful tropical fish, beautiful coral reefs and other marine life.


There is an open bar on board, and appetizers are provided as well. The meal is catered by Cafe Jai.

  • Where and When:

    Tour time: 12:30 pm - 4:00 pm
    Check in at 12:00 pm at the Sea Maui activity booth at Whaler's Village located between Leilani's and Hula Grill along the beachwalk. The boat will pull up directly on the beach behind Whalers Village in Kaanapali.

    Tour returns to Kaanapali Beach fronting Whalers Village at 4:00 pm.
    There is usually parking validation for Whaler's Village (up to 4 hours).

  • Requirements:

    All participants are required to sign a waiver prior to the tour.

  • Restrictions:

    Participants must be physically able to board the vessel from the beach. It is a barefoot boarding and you my get wet getting on and off the boat. Any guest entering the water to swim must be able to swim and be comfortable in the water.
    Any food allergies or vegetarian options must be noted upon reservation.

  • Special Notes:

    To purchase a private charter, Sea Maui requires a group of at least 15 passengers, with a 15% gratuity paid at check-in.
