Celebration Package:

  • 5-course whole Maine lobster and tenderloin steak dinner
  • Menu: Appetizer bar, Hawaiian greens, whole Maine lobster, tenderloin of beef, sautéed vegetables, mashed potatoes, breadsticks with butter, mango mousse cake (Vegetarian entrée available with 24 hours advance notice)
  • "Champagne" toast, 2 premium beverages
  • New 60 Years of Aloha show

Admiral Package:

  • 7-course signature dinner served to your own private table
  • Menu: Soup, Admiral’s salad, live Maine lobster entrée, prime tenderloin of beef entrée, sorbet intermezzo, freshly baked French bread and brioche with butter, Chef’s special dessert (vegetarian entrée available with 24 hours advance notice)
  • Hawaiian Bellini, plus 3 super premium beverages
