Restrictions

For a full refund, cancellation must be made 76 hours prior to the show start time. If you cancel less than 76 hours before the show time, no refund is available. Due to limited availability, VIP tickets are non-cancellable. VIP may be changed to another date, space available, with 76 hours or greater notice. Cancellations for group events are non-refundable. No shows are also non-refundable. We understand that life 'just happens' and sometimes plans change. The Magical Mystery Show will make every effort to exchange tickets to other showtimes (subject to availability).

Children (4-12 years) must be accompanied by an adult.
Infants (0-3 years) must sit on the lap of an adult. If a seat is required for an infant, the rate for children (4-12 years) applies.
