Roundtrip transportation from Waikiki hotels is available for an additional fee.
Morning tour hotel pick-ups are between 7:45 am and 8:15 am. Morning tour hotel returns are between 1:30 pm and 2:00 pm.
Afternoon tour hotel pick-ups are between 11:15 am and 11:45 am. Afternoon hotel returns are between 4:30 pm and 5:00 pm.

This activity has a 72 hour cancellation policy. To receive a full refund, you will need to cancel at least 72 hours in advance.
- Restrictions:
Children 8 years old and older are allowed to ride the banana and bumper boats alone.
Children 4-7 years of age can ride the banana and bumper boats with an adult (one adult is required per child.)
All guests are required to wear life vests while participating in water activities. If you require any type of special needs or have any sort of disability, please let us know prior to booking or to departing the pier.
People with pre-existing health problems or taking any medications should notify us before booking reservation or prior to departing the pier.
Waiver form is required to be read and signed before boarding.
ln the United States, in order to consume alcoholic beverages, the guest must be age 21 and over.
Under USCG regulations, after consuming any type of alcoholic beverages, guests will not be able to participate in snorkeling activity.
Please be aware of the following medically related conditions in which we will refuse service. These conditions are as follows:
Guest cannot be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Guest has previous history of ear disease.
Guest has previous history of lung, respiratory disease, or sinus problems.
Guest has previous history of heart disease, high blood pressure, or diabetes.
Guest has previous history of dizzy spells, paralysis, seizures, epilepsy, or claustrophobia.
Guest is currently pregnant.
Guest is currently taking medications for any illness condition.
Guest has had recent surgery or experienced any other major medical situations.
Please keep in mind the above list is just a sampling of the medical conditions in which we would recommend that the customer not participate in any of the programs. This list is by no means all-inclusive and we use caution if the customer has any other type of medical history, in which he or she would be limited in physical dexterity or cognizance. - Operation Days:
