Roberts Shuttle is only servicing hotels on Maui, no condominiums or residential addresses.

We offer transportation from the Kahului Airport on Maui to different areas of the island, including Kahului, Kihei, Wailea, Makena, Kaanapali, Napili and Kapalua.

🧳 Additional Baggage

Each guest is allowed 2 suitcases and 1 hand carry-on. There are no extra fees for children's car seats, strollers and wheelchairs. Additional baggage is extra and paid directly when you arrive at your shuttle, as noted below.

  • Where and When:

    Arrival: You will be met as you exit your flight. The sign will say "Roberts Hawaii". The representative will be in a yellow Aloha shirt. If representative is not at your gate, please go to baggage claim, pick-up a courtesy phone, and let them know you need Roberts Hawaii and your location.

  • Restrictions:

    Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made outside of 48 hours from service day are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours from service day are non-refundable. If you would like to make a change to your reservation outside of 48 hours, if there is availability, we may be able to accommodate. Please call our reservations office at 1-866-482-9775 or 808-892-2082.
