This shuttle service is for shuttle transportation from the Honolulu Pier after your cruise ship arrival to Waikiki area hotels.

Each guest is allowed 2 suitcases and 1 hand carry. Additional baggage may cost extra and will be paid directly when you arrive at your shuttle.

    Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made outside of 48 hours from service day are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours from service day are non-refundable. If you would like to make a change to your reservation outside of 48 hours, if there is availability, we may be able to accommodate.     Please contact us if anyone in your party has special needs. If you require an ADA lift bus, we do require at least 48 hours a notice to secure availability.
