With sweeping coastline views, live music and an open-air setting under the stars, this Wednesday night luau blends island dining, hands-on cultural activities and a Polynesian show inspired by the great ocean voyages of the Pacific.

Before dinner, enjoy exclusive pre-show activities and browse an artisan market featuring locally made jewelry, clothing, sweet treats, island delicacies and handcrafted goods from Maui makers. Activities may include lei-making, ukulele, Hawaiian games and traditional tattoo art, giving the evening a relaxed and welcoming start before the main performance begins.

Dinner is served buffet-style with a generous spread of local favorites prepared with fresh Maui ingredients whenever possible. The menu may include kalua pork, huli huli chicken, fresh-caught Maui fish, ahi poke, lomi lomi salmon, luau greens, tropical salads, sweet rolls, haupia and other island desserts, along with a dedicated keiki menu for children. A full open bar is also included, with Mai Tais and other drinks available throughout the evening.

The show follows the story of Pacific wayfinders who crossed thousands of miles of open ocean using the stars, currents and ancestral knowledge as their guide.
