At Sea Life Park, Hawaii’s marine life comes alive in a dazzling display that will entertain and delight. Located just 15 miles from Waikiki on Oahu’s beautiful and scenic Makapu'u Point, Sea Life Park is a world-class marine attraction perched between the majestic Ko'olau Mountain Range and breathtaking Makapu'u Beach. Dolphins dance, sea lions sing and penguins perform in this magical place by the sea.
Your General Admission ticket to Sea Life Park includes a variety of shows, programs and exhibits. Some of these programs include:
DOLPHIN LAGOON – Dolphins perform in this beautiful ocean-side lagoon complete with its own private island. Relax in the large open-air theater, which offers a panoramic view of the picturesque windward coastline, while being dazzled by performing dolphins. The exciting theme show includes dolphin and audience participation.
HAWAII OCEAN THEATRE – Talented dolphins and penguins perform in an open-air aquatic theater. Here you can learn about the newest training techniques and Sea Life Park’s conservation efforts in this fun and educational show.
KOLOHE KAI SEA LION SHOW – Sea lions will delight you with their humorous antics. Fun for the whole family!
HAWAIIAN REEF – In the 300,000 gallon Hawaiian reef tank, you can watch divers swim with stingrays. In Sea Trek, the participants get to feed unique tropical fish, including the Humuhumunukunukuapua'a, Hawaii’s state fish. Over 1,000 reef animals and organisms, including sharks, stingrays, turtles and various schools of tropical fish reside in this 300,000 gallon aquarium.
PENGUIN HABITAT – Watch cute penguins leap out of the water and sun themselves. You might even get to see them eat! Listen to one of the trainers talk about these amazing animals.
SEABIRD SANCTUARY – Watch local Hawaiian seabirds, including the Iwa (Great Frigate Bird) at Sea Life Park’s seabird sanctuary. Many of these birds have arrived at the park sick or injured. Sea Life Park has nursed these beautiful animals back to health, and those that cannot go back into the wild are now permanent residents at the park.
SEA LION CAFÉ – The Sea Lion Café offers a variety of scenic dining and snacking areas with views of the park and Makapu’u Beach. Snack bars around the park feature such delights as gourmet milkshakes, funnel cakes and Hawaiian shave ice. Café hours are from 10 am to 4 pm daily.
