I have heard so many stories about people I know going to Hawaii and I have yet to get the chance to go myself. I am occasionally thinking about which activities and what I will experience when I do get my chance. I would love to visit the island of Kauai also known as the Garden Isle.

When I get to go to Kauai I cannot wait to go on the Wailua River Fern Grotto Cruise as well as to experience the Smith’s Tropical Paradise Luau. I have never been on an open-air boat so that will be another first for me when I go visit Hawaii. I am very interested in History of all kinds so on this river ride I am looking forward to seeing what was once the capital of ancient Kauai. All of this while hearing Hawaiian singing and their dancing will be an unforgettable experience that I cannot wait to experience.

When I go to Smith’s Tropical Paradise Luau, I am most excited to try the Sweet and Sour Mahi Mahi, I am slowly getting more acquainted with sea food of all kinds, the Poi, Kalua Pork (of course) as well as the famous Mai Tai’s that Hawaii is known for. Learning about all the different kinds of Hawaiian dancing will be an experience to remember.

I would also like to go on a Dinner Cruise with Holo Holo Charters up the Na Pali coast. Spending four hours exploring the Na Pali Coast while getting a great dinner is unbeatable. All while I will get to learn about the history of the ancient civilizations that used to live on Kauai. I might even get a chance to see dolphins, sea turtles, or flying fish and that would just top the evening off.
All in all, I am excited to hopefully get the chance to visit Kauai and very soon so I can experience unforgettable tours and activities as well as enjoying the calming days in Hawaii.
