Hike Maui - Pa'ia Town & Waterfall Hike

Enjoy a visit to the historic plantation town of Pa'ia, now a funky, laid-back surf community. Visit colorful storefronts housing boutiques, art galleries and souvenir shops offering unique treasures.

Then head to Ho'olawa Valley along Mauis famous Road to Hana, where you'll take a 1.5 mile hike to refreshing waterfalls in a lush rainforest, swim in freshwater pools (optional) and jump from rock ledges into the pools below. This tour includes a picnic lunch, which is served at one of the picturesque waterfall areas.

Another tour stop is the world-famous Ho'okipa Beach Park, where frequently some of the best waves in Hawaii and Hawaiian green sea turtles are found. Along the way youll learn fascinating facts about Maui from your entertaining and knowledgeable naturalist guide.

Where and When:
Tour time: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Meet at 10:00 am at Kahului Park & Ride (View Map). The Park & Ride meeting location is along a large concrete wall with a single row of parking facing Hwy 380 west of Hwy 311.

Roundtrip transportation between the meeting location and south or west side hotels is available for an additional fee. If you select roundtrip transportation, the exact pick-up time will be emailed with your confirmation.

Directions from Wailea / Makena / Kihei (the south side of the island): From Hwy 31 (Piilani Hwy) head north. Follow airport signs to Kahului, bearing right onto Hwy 311. After 10 minutes, look for a big church (King's Cathedral), then move into left lane. Turn left onto Hwy 380 (Kuihelani Hwy). Go 200 yards and turn right into Park & Ride commuter lot. Park your car against a concrete block wall.

Directions from Lahaina / Kaanapali / Kapalua (the west side of the island): Head south on Hwy 30 as if you're going to Kahului Airport. Turn right onto Hwy 380. Five miles down 380 there's a concrete block wall on the left. Turn across highway into Park & Ride commuter lot against that wall.
