When you book with us, you can secure your Hanauma Bay tickets up to a month before your visit — instead of relying on the County system that opens just two (2) days in advance and often sells out within minutes. You'll also be able to choose from eight (8) convenient shuttle departure times.

You'll also skip the long lines and the on-site mandatory orientation video, since you'll be able to watch it on the bus on your way there, so you can head straight to the bay's crystal-clear waters and colorful coral reefs. And with limited parking at the preserve, you can relax knowing you'll avoid the stress of driving and searching for a spot. Our shuttle makes your Hanauma Bay visit easier, smoother, and more enjoyable from start to finish.

    Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made outside of 48 hours from service day are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours from service day are non-refundable.

    For the safety of guests and the preservation of Hanauma Bay, the following are not allowed:
    Alcohol or glass containers
    Beach umbrellas, large tents, or oversized coolers
    Non–reef-safe sunscreen
    Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes

    ADA Requests: If a guest needs an ADA lift (for wheelchair) at least 48 to 72 hours notice is required. Please either call to notate in reservation or place a note next to guest name. Hanauma Bay provides ADA-accessible restrooms and pathways to the beach lookout area. While the main facilities are wheelchair accessible, please note that beach access may be limited due to natural terrain.

    Important Info:
    As a Marine Life Conservation District, touching or standing on coral, feeding fish, or removing any natural items is strictly prohibited.
    Lockers, restrooms, showers, and changing stations are available at the Hanauma Bay nature preserve.
    All visitors are required to watch a short educational safety video. Roberts Hawaii guests will view this video during the ride to Hanauma Bay, allowing them to bypass the viewing line and head straight into the bay to enjoy their visit.
