- Where and When:
Departs Honolulu pier at 9:30 am. Returns at 2:30 pm. Look for a green Roberts Hawaii bus.
- Restrictions:
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made outside of 48 hours from service day are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours from service day are non-refundable. If you would like to make a change to your reservation outside of 48 hours, if there is availability, we may be able to accommodate. No purses, fanny packs, backpacks or camera bags are allowed on the Arizona Memorial facility. Cameras are permitted.
Luggage transfer is included as part of the tour. Drop offs at the end of the tour include the Honolulu pier, Waikiki area hotels and Honolulu International Airport with your luggage. Due to road and vehicle constraints, drop-offs in Waikiki will be made at the closest and safest location to your hotel. Luggage (suitcase etc) will be placed in the belly or back of the vehicle.
Children under the age of 4 years old are complimentary if they can be securely held on their guardian's lap. We do not provide child seats. If the guardian requires a seat for the child under the age of 4, the regular rate will be applicable. Strollers are not allowed on the Navy shuttle boat to the USS Arizona Memorial or on the USS Arizona Memorial.
A Navy boat shuttle ride takes guests to the USS Arizona Memorial. Due to limited capacity, there may be days that the shuttle boat tickets sell out or bad weather prohibits the shuttle from operating.
Tour is subject to cancellation if the minimum number of 6 participants is not met. - Special Notes:
The tour schedule accommodates passengers with flight times after 5:30 pm.
