Travel is always a special event, and when you’re setting out on an adventure with a group, it is a much more special trip. No two vacations are created equal, and you don’t want a cookie cutter trip to Hawaii, which is one of the very best vacation destinations in the world. Your trip can (and should) be anything that you want it to be, and Hawaii Discount knows exactly how to make your Hawaii Group Vacation the perfect experience.

To help get you started, we’ve created a 7-Day Hawaii group vacation itinerary, detailing what each day of a week in Hawaii could look like for your and your entire group.

Day 1 – Getting Settled
On your first full day in Hawaii, you’ll want the chance to get settled. Your internal clock will be off, and you’ll probably be up early. Take it easy, explore the area you’re staying, and definitely hit the beach!

Day 2 – Sightseeing!
This is the day where you get to kick off your vacation with some real fun, and maybe even a bit of adventure. Take a tour of the island, head to a historic site, and really get to know your island. Ideas for your group on this day include:

  • Oahu – Pearl Harbor Tour and Oahu Circle Island Tour
  • Maui – Road to Hana Adventure
  • Big Island – Hawaii Volcano Tour
  • Kauai – Waimea Canyon Experience

Day 3 – Rest, Relaxation, and a Fun Evening
You probably don’t want to have a vacation that is constant activity and wears you out. Break up the activities with downtime during the day, and head to an authentic Hawaiian Luau in the evening.

Day 4 – Time for Adventure
This is the day that many will look forward to the most. Head out on a fun adventure while exploring hidden Hawaii. There are many options to choose from, and some of our favorites include:

  • Hawaii Snorkeling – All Islands
  • Hawaii Deep Sea Fishing – All Islands
  • Hawaii Hiking and Nature Tours – All Islands
  • Hawaii Zipline Adventures – All Islands

Day 5 – A Day on the Beach

Coming to Hawaii, you’re likely here for one very specific reason: sitting on the beach and enjoying paradise. Today is the day, and we recommend finding a secluded beach or one that is away from the tourist areas like Waikiki Beach. If there is one thing you can find in Hawaii, it’s a beautiful beach to spend the day at.

Day 6 – Free Day
Just because it’s your last full day in Hawaii doesn’t mean that you can’t end it with a bang. Get out and explore some more, take another Hawaii adventure like hiking or ziplining, or head to another beach. Though you probably want your group to be together for the duration of your trip, this is a good chance to go in different directions.

Day 7 - Saying Aloha
The hardest part of any vacation is departing. When you leave Hawaii, it’s almost as if you leave a part of you with it. Depending on when your flight is, you may have time for the beach in the morning, and if you have the chance for more fun in the sun, take full advantage of it!

Due to the high volume of visitors traveling to Hawaii year round, our Oahu tours and Oahu activities sell out quickly. In many cases, tours sell out weeks or months in advance, especially our top seller Aloha Kai Luau at Sea Life Park. To ensure your spots on tour, we recommend reserving your tours today.
