    Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made outside of 48 hours from service day are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours from service day are non-refundable. If you would like to make a change to your reservation outside of 48 hours, if there is availability, we may be able to accommodate.     Moderate walking – please wear comfortable shoes and dress appropriately.
    You may wish to bring a light jacket due to possible rain at some of the stops.
    Dole Plantation's maze, train, and garden tour are not included in the tour.
    Dole Plantation is closed on Christmas Day.
    Routes and time may be modified or restricted due to circumstances beyond the control of Roberts Hawaii.

    ADA Accessibility: Due to limited availability, we require that ADA vehicle reservations be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to date and time of service. Roberts will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate the needs of the disabled traveler.
    For electric wheelchairs or scooters: The combined weight of the wheelchair and guest cannot exceed 500 pounds, and the maximum width of the wheelchair cannot exceed 29 inches.
