If you are looking for return transportation from your hotel to the Honolulu International Airport, the shuttle will pick you up right at your Waikiki hotel, Kahala hotel, Ko Olina hotel, or North Shore hotel. Transportation from the Honolulu Pier to the Honolulu International Airport is available as well (for cruise ship passengers).

🧳 Additional Baggage

Each guest is allowed 2 suitcases and 1 hand carry-on. There are no extra fees for children's car seats, strollers and wheelchairs. Additional baggage is extra and paid directly when you arrive at your shuttle, as noted below.

$10.00 for each additional standard size suitcase (per piece)
$25.00 for heavy boxes or luggage over 50 lbs or musical instruments (per piece)
$40.00 for surfboard (6' or less)
$40.00 for bicycles (must be dismantled)

  • Restrictions:

    Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made outside of 48 hours from service day are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours from service day are non-refundable. If you would like to make a change to your reservation outside of 48 hours, if there is availability, we may be able to accommodate. Please call our reservations office at 1-866-482-9775 or 808-892-2082.

    Please contact us if anyone in your party has special needs. If you require an ADA lift bus, we do require at least 48 hours notice to secure availability.
