A friendly porter will assist you with your luggage and escort you to the vehicle outside. The drive to your Waikiki hotel will be approximately 30 minutes (depending on traffic).

💼 Additional Baggage

Each guest is allowed 2 suitcases and 1 hand carry-on. There are no extra fees for children's car seats, strollers and wheelchairs. Additional baggage is extra and paid directly when you arrive at your shuttle, as noted below.

$10.00 for each additional standard size suitcase (per piece)
$25.00 for heavy boxes or luggage over 50 lbs or musical instruments (per piece)
$40.00 for surfboard (6' or less)
$40.00 for bicycles (must be dismantled)

Special instructions

Where and When:
Arrival: You will be met as you exit your flight. The sign will say "Roberts Hawaii". The representative will be in a yellow Aloha shirt. If the representative is not at baggage claim, pick up a courtesy phone and let them know you need Roberts Hawaii and your location.
Restrictions:
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made outside of 48 hours from service day are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours from service day are non-refundable. If you would like to make a change to your reservation outside of 48 hours, if there is availability, we may be able to accommodate. Please call our reservations office at 1-866-482-9775 or 808-892-2082.

Please contact us if anyone in your party has special needs. If you require an ADA lift bus, we do require at least 48 hours notice to secure availability.
