Where & When
Arrival Instructions:
1. After picking up your luggage at the baggage claim, promptly call VIP Trans at (808) 836-0317 and provide your baggage claim number.
2. Upon receiving your call, VIP Trans will guide you to the nearest shuttle pickup area.

Departure Instructions:
Please be ready at the hotel/location designated shuttle pickup area. Please note the driver cannot leave the vehicle unattended.
Restrictions
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the pick-up time.
Special Notes
ADA: Please contact us if anyone in your party has special needs. We do not handle non-collapsible wheelchairs.
Any children 5 years and below are free as long as they will be seated on a lap of an adult. Also, on commercial vehicles, car seats are not required. However, you will need to pay for a seat if you are planning to bring your own car seat and use it.
