Akaka Falls - Kahuna Falls

Being the second highest waterfall on the island it stands at 440 feet. Akaka Falls is located 11 miles north of Hilo. Akaka Falls is located on the North – Eastern side of the island. Kahuna Falls is a neighboring waterfall that you will also enjoy. Although a bit smaller, Kahuna Falls is a site to see. To add more scenic spots, take the 4 mile Pepeekeo Scenic Drive between Honomu and Hilo.
