Waikiki pick-ups are from 9:45 am – 10:25 am. The exact Waikiki hotel pick-up time and location depends on where you are staying and will be emailed with your confirmation.
Waikele departure is at 3:00 p.m.

9:50 am: Prince Waikiki - front entrance on Holomoana St
9:55 am: Hilton Hawaiian Village - Grand Islander Tower Bus Depot
10:00 am: Ambassador Hotel - curbside on Namahana St
10:05 am: Sheraton Waikiki - Aloha Landing Bus Depot
10:15 am: Hyatt Regency - entrance on Koa Ave
10:20 am: Alohilani Waikiki Beach Resort - main porte cochere
10:25 am: Waikiki Beach Marriott - back entrance on Paoakalani Ave - Restrictions:
Guests MUST return at their designated shuttle times.
Free infant (age 0-3) pricing does not buy a seat. The infant must sit on your lap at all times while en route. If your infant requires a seat, please purchase a child ticket.
Wheelchair accessibility: Due to limited availability, we require that ADA vehicle reservations be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to date and time of service. Roberts will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate the needs of the disabled traveler.
For electric wheelchairs or scooters: The combined weight of the wheelchair and guest cannot exceed 500 lbs and the maximum width of the wheelchair cannot exceed 29 inches. - Operation Days:
